House Bull 1325 Allows for the Manufacture, Production, and Retail of Hemp Plant in Texas

Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 into the law in June which allows selling CBD oil in the state. The House Bill 1325 is now allowing to manufacture, produce and retail hemp plant where CBD and cannabidiol is transformed.

There is no much difference between a hemp plant and marijuana. They are virtually the same. The only difference is that marijuana has a high amount of THC and a low amount of CBD, while the hemp plant has opposite properties. According to the Texas Health and Human Services, CBD product containing three percent of THC or less is legal to sell, consume and purchase, and that is why the House Bill 1325 was passed in Texas Legislation.

The bill has also made the farming of hemp legal in Texas this summer. So many stores are now opening in Texas where CBD oil and migraines related products can be purchased. The state is conducting the license and registration process for retailers. The Department of Public safety is carrying out the random testing of CBD products. People are finding the CBD products in Texas at gas stations, convenience stores, and head shops as well. The popularity of the CBD products is continuously growing and different kinds of people are reaching the stores to buy the products.

The CBD products are being sold in Texas in different forms including oils, lotions, pills, and gummies. Out of all the variations available, CBD oil is the most preferred product.
