Wow Air is an Icelandic carrier which provides an average service and its claim processing is even worse. It lies at the 72nd spot when we compare it with other worst airlines in the world. The on-time performance of the airlines’ service is good but still, it is not popular among travelers because of its poor image.

Royal Jordanians Airlines

The second spot on the list of the top 10 worst airlines in the world is grabbed by Royal Jordanians Airlines. Although the on-time performance of this airlines is good, it lags behind badly in terms of claim processing. Royal Jordanians Airlines’ quality of service is average but due to the lowest rank in terms of claim service, it is not popular among the commuters.

Pakistan International Airlines

Pakistan International Airlines ranks at number third spot when it comes to enlisting the top 10 worst airlines in the world. It got an on-time performance of 61%, 4.22 points for claim processing, only 6 for the quality of service.

Easyjet

Easyjet is a British-airlines and it is very much good in terms of on-time performance (79%) and received 8 points for the quality of service it offers to its customers. However, it is very poor at providing a low claim processing with just 1.31 points.

Air Mauritius

Air Mauritius is good on all the three grounds of comparing it with other all the four airlines we have discussed till now. In terms of quality of service, it receives a score of 8, for on-time performance it has 69% in its account, and 3.33 points are given to it for the claim processing procedure.

Ryanair

On Airhelp’s global ranking, Ryanair stands at 67th place and the Irish Airlines has made an improvement in this list. For on-time performance, 86% of votes are given to it, 3.27 points are given to it for claim processing, and 6 points are given to it for its quality of service.

Korean Air

South Korean airlines, Korean Air stands at a score of 8 in terms of the quality of its service. However, when it comes to on-time performance, it scores 64% and 3.72 points for claim processing.

Iberia

Iberia ranks at 65th place overall in the ranking and this flagship airline of Spain was awarded 84% for on-time performance and a solid 8 for the quality of service. It scores just 2.30 points for claim processing and it is placed at the 8th position on the list of top 10 worst airlines in the world 2018.

Aerolineas Argentinas

Aerolineas Argentinas was awarded a good score of 85% for on-time performance and a 7 for service. However, it just got 3.59 points for claim processing.

Jet Airways

Jet Airways is an Indian airline which scores 65% for on-time performance, a 7 for the quality of service, and was awarded 5.62 points for the processing of a claim. It is the worst airlines of 2018 on the basis of these three parameters.
